[卡类]转一些种类的黑胶体（卡类）测试点定义【悬赏飞线】 [复制链接]

上个月，发了个悬赏帖《谁能根据PCB推出Sandisk一体SD卡27点的接口定义（附Sandisk MS卡定义）》
还收到了PM：

才知道PC-3000有个Monolith Database

又因为期末考试^[1]，这篇帖子拖到了现在
这些测试点，可以不经过卡类的主控，直接对NAND Flash进行读写
对于为什么厂商留这些点，谁说说？
对于那些杂乱无章的点，需要一个叫做“逻辑分析仪”的神秘东东，去找数据恢复吧

Pin-points are accessable on the bottom surface of monolith drive. Sometimes they could be hidden by coating.

sitianshu注：这些点可能在漆下面，刮掉就能看见。这种也有可能是16bit的，此定义为8bit，16bit可见microSD Type 5
多见于Sandisk的（PCB的覆铜有一个或多个半圆弧的缺口？）卡类产品，各种源自Shenzhen的山寨U盘（普通U盘主控，多为安国，慧荣）喜欢配这种卡当闪存
也许是坏了，卖给山寨厂用
