This memory chip has is AU6985, as shown in ChipGenius no tools for it, however, if you have some help in this regard the very grateful, I can also say it has 2 memory banks but they have no number serial or anything to identify them, what makes me harder to repair. I tried several tools and no identified Alcor AU698X flash memory which tells me they do not have compatibility.
