I need a suitable firmware for my mp4 player

Hope u all guys can find a suitable firmware for my mp4 player. I'm been trying many of the firmware but all suitable just giv a white screen to my mp4.

are you sure? is your display id correct? please check display id? ID number is on tape wire.

the tape wire only stated : XY-2.0TA-V2

can i know what program you all used to upgrade the firmware?

i used MP3 Player Upgrade Tool 4.05.

Its seem cannot upgrade most of the chinese made firmware

any suggestion of other program?

mai mai, i still downloading the firmware...line quite slow...so still dunno the firmware can restore my mp4 or not...

MP3 update tool and AMV 4.18 or
Product tool 5.20

No luck stil cannot recover my mp4...

actually i got a firmware that can make my mp4 function bt it stil give a white screen to my mp4...

it can be use as removable disk, hear mp3 and hear radio but just give the white screen....

i think just my screen not compatible with the firmware...

anyone have the idea how to fixed it?

I have the same mp4 like yours with the same board id and chip.
Can you send me please the firmware becasue i get a black screen and my pc stll recognize it like adfu device.
