salwa 2008-03-10 18:59 now i was able to store files(DATA) around 1.96GB with no problems at all... i tested it there was no error or so.... did this many times!!! then oneday or should i call it a BLACK DAY i formatted the player using HP USB DISK STORAGE FORMAT TOOL http://rapidshare.de/files/30490031/SP27213.rar selected FAT option.....its showed sucessfull then when i reconnected the player to pc ............. BOOM......Size was reduced to 475mbs... so i started searching the net for support!!!! but when i got this site my worst fears became true....that this is a fake player (there is no way to resize the memory back other than hacking the player hardware...) i have read in the topics posted here....so now the ONLY solution to this problem is TO GET THE TOOL'S AND SOFTWARE THAT SUCH COMPANIES USE TO PRODUCE(DUPE) SUCH 2GB player form 475mbs (in my case)!! AND RESIZE it again to its size!!! So if anyone can find such tools plz post it here!!!!! i will be waiting....and thankx in advance

cheegii 2008-03-11 01:25 There is another hardware solving problem. Do you know your player's voltage regulator for light emiting diodes? There is changeable resister near voltage regulator (LM36, 1896, A21T, 1588 like...). Resistor 620, 6R6, 4R4 change them with 222, 103 or 102. Light will be lower bulb.
